Consult CMF is a small consulting practice founded and operated by Christina Figlozzi, MD, MBA.

My background combines medicine, business, and real-world operational experience. As a physician who later earned an MBA, I’ve worked in environments where communication, accountability, efficiency, and well-defined responsibilities matter.

How I Work

I start by learning how things are done. I listen to the people who perform the work, review existing information, and identify the steps, decisions, exceptions, and details that need to be captured. From there, I organize what I’ve learned into clear, usable documentation that reflects how your business operates.
