About

Christina Figlozzi, MD, MBA

I am a physician and medical practice consultant who helps private practices improve profitability, operational clarity, and long-term sustainability—so physicians can focus on patient care without losing control of the business.

With over a decade of clinical experience, I understand firsthand how operational inefficiencies affect every aspect of a practice: physician workload, staff stability, financial performance, and patient experience. I bring together clinical insight and operational strategy to improve how practices function in the real world.

Physicians shouldn’t have to choose between patient care and control.
I’ve seen too many physicians compensate for broken systems by working harder, staying later, and carrying stress that should never fall on them alone.

Most practices don’t need motivation or growth tactics—they need clarity. Getting the fundamentals right, in the right order, makes everything else possible.

Strategy

I take a structured, step-by-step approach to improving medical practices for sustainable change. I prioritize the areas that have the greatest impact on stability and control, while avoiding unnecessary complexity or busywork.

Values

My work is grounded in respect for physicians, staff, and patients. I believe that financial stability and quality patient care are not competing priorities. When a practice is well run, patient care improves and the business becomes stronger.

Christina was very knowledgeable and professional. Developing our policies and procedures was a smooth and uncomplicated process. The quality of the manuals is exemplary. I feel that anyone could walk into our practice and use the manuals she created and know exactly how our practice operates in detail. I would, without hesitation, recommend Christina and Consult CMF to any medical practice seeking to improve and streamline their practice.

Nancy Thomas

Practice Manager, Forest Hill Pediatrics

Even with being in the medical industry for 20 years I was able to restructure my thought processes and approach issues in a more organized fashion thanks to Christina. Her leadership skills are phenomenal as employees embraced her changes rather than shying away. I recommend her expertise to anyone looking to improve their medical practice.
